ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within info@cochic.com to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using Canada Post's delivery standard is 4 - 10 business days and UPS’s delivery standard is 2 - 4 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of US $15 applies to orders shipping to North America.

Standard Free Shipping:

Express Shipping:
- Tracking: We provide you with a tracking number from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your designated address.
- Delivery: Enjoy the convenience of tracked and expedited delivery for a faster and more secure shipping experience.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping to Canada and US.
