What courier does C2 use?
We primarily use UPS. If an alternative shipping carrier is required, we will notify you.
How will I be notified if there is a problem with the delivery of my order?

How can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses. Our service is structured to deliver products to a single designated shipping address per order. Therefore, we kindly ask that you place separate orders for each unique shipping address to ensure that each package arrives at its destination in a timely and accurate manner.
Can I send an item as a gift to someone else?

I need to change my contact details (address, etc.) for my current order. How can I correct them?

Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Although we do our best to deliver within certain timeframes, the bespoke nature of our products means that exceptions inevitably occur. While we do our best to limit delays, we will communicate if there is anything that may delay your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my item for another C2 item?
Yes, you can exchange your purchased item for another C2 product, as long as it is in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
How do I return an item if I am not satisfied with my order?
To adjust or return your order, please contact our logistics team directly using your tracking number, and we will assist you with the return process.
Will I get a refund if I decide to return an item?
If the item does not fit you or does not meet your expectations, we offer a full refund within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
